This selection is where you will see your page titles listed. You can drag/drop re-order them in this selection as well as create a new page. You can also click on the pencil icon to edit a page. Once you click on that button there are a few option that will open on that page:
1. Page Title: you can edit the existing page title
2. Page Image: most templates support a page image for each page. You will know what size to make them by looking at your Template Spec page. Once you have those correctly sized images place in your image bank, you will be able to select that image from the drop down menu
3. Page content: This is where you write your copy for this page on the website. There is a limited amount of formatting you can do to the text on this page since it is a Flash site. Bolding and italics is a common one as well as "inserting links" and changing the text size on the page ("click here" for common formatting tips).
4. Hide this page: This is where you can select to create a page that would not show up on the main info menu... (are we setting up links to these pages somehow?)
5. Add proofing links to this page: This is the check box that will need to be checked if you are using Pictage and want to integrate your event list on this page. This will be fully explained in the "Pictage integration page."
6. Show page in HTML version: At times there might be a page on your Flash site that you do not want to show on your HTML site. Perhaps a REDIRECT or a contact page that has been customized on your Flash site. Some Flash elements will obviously not work on an HTML site so that is the reason for this selection.
7. Use Alternate HTML content: This option is directly related to the option above. Perhaps you have a REDIRECT on a blog page in the Flash site but still want a blog page in the HTML site. You would select this option and manually insert a link to your blog for the alternate HTML content. Another common use for this is when you are using a lot of text size coding on the Flash site. The corresponding HTML pages can have text that is very large. So in this case add the alternate content but do not use the page text coding on the alternate content section.
This is where you can create and edit Sub Pages. The reason for a sub page would be to have a page called something like pricing. Then on that page would be sub pages (links). These links would be to pages for wedding pricing, portrait pricing, etc. Some others would perhaps create a page called About and have sub pages that would open like: bio, blog, equipment, etc.
Form Fields: This is where you can edit the entries for your contact form. You can edit the form field names or check/uncheck the box to hide/unhide the fields from the Flash site.
Form Behavior: This is where you can determine where you want the form attached to. Whether you want it to be attached to the Flash site and/or the HTML site. Also, you can determine whether to attach your phone number, street address, and email address to the contact form page. You can also determine whether to send the submissions to the email address in the profile and/or the mobile phone selection in the profile.
